Hello my name is Marlene but I refer to be called Mar. I have been designing things for years; from graphics, websites, free printables to items available for sale. I have sold craft supplies and even tried my hand at craft shows. No matter what I have worked on it was always a learning experience. I briefly work with an art department for a major movie. That was a huge excitement for me, but unfortunately breakable items are not meant to be shipped across the US. When I mean breakable I don't mean your everyday glass items; this was items that was a prop for a scene where the items was supposed to break on cue. Not being carefully package and shipped from one coast to another. That project was short lived but enjoyable nonetheless.
I have gone by different names for my design work. From Shadow Graphics to Mar's Creations, so if you run across another name while traveling these pages it is still me: Mar.
Here is the Refund or return information for my Faux Stained Glass store on Printify:
Damaged/defective product: A free reprint or a refund will be offered if the customer reports the problem within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof. Returns/exchanges: Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Address issues: If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided by the customer, a refund of the order production costs only will be issued to the customer.
